CTS Engtec is known for three things: people, service, and quality. Our project personnel are regularly praised for their co-operation skills, service-oriented attitude, professionalism, and the quality of our work. We are constantly looking for new talents to join our team of best experts in the field, since the demand for our services is increasing and our future prospects are good.

On one hand, as a company employing more than 160 employees, we are large enough to possess the resources required for implementation of major engineering contracts. Thanks to this, we can offer our personnel comprehensive, challenging, and developing tasks, as well as career opportunities.

On the other hand, our size and corporate culture create the preconditions for agile operation. This means straightforward and quick decision-making, flat organisation, and direct communication between the management and personnel.

In addition to Kouvola, we have offices in Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Kotka, Turku, and St. Petersburg, which means that we are able to offer regular jobs around Finland. Teleworking is also possible.

We strive to be fair to our employees.
